These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to TraderGrowth.com and products or services provided by Trader Growth LLC ("Trader Growth," "TGI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful where you live.
Educational purpose only
All research, commentary, charts, frameworks, examples, courses, newsletters, case studies, and other materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing on the website is individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial-planning advice.

You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, teach from, or create competing derivative products from the materials without written permission.
Payments, subscriptions, and third-party platforms
Prices, billing intervals, access periods, renewal terms, refund rules, and product-specific conditions shown at checkout form part of these Terms. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method. Taxes may be added when required.
Courses, newsletters, payments, prop-firm services, market data, and other functionality may be delivered by third parties. Their terms, availability, and privacy practices are separate from ours. We are not responsible for a third party's independent services, decisions, outages, rule changes, account actions, or trading conditions.
